Fresh Pineapple Margaritas {plus} Cinco de Mayo Recipes

  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon coarse/sparkling sugar
  • Lime wedges & pineapple chunks for garnish, if desired

Manual :

  1. Using a liquidiser or content processor, harmonise pineapple chunks into a slippy purée. Pour purée into a someone or ewer along with citrus humour, orangeness humour, edulcorate, tequila, and orangeness cordial.
