Okroshka on yogurt

Though this does not sound real appetising, nevertheless, the cater eventually turns out to be toothsome and unusual. It takes around 40 minutes to change it.

It is obligatory (for 4 servings): 

  • 0,5 L of fat kefir; 
  • 3-4 cloves of fresh seasoning; 
  • 2 raw egg yolks; 
  • 1 part of saucy cucumber; 
  • 2 bunches of parsley; 
  • 1 clustering of herb; 
  • 4 tbsp. spoons of scene hazelnuts; 
  • 1-2 tbsp. spoons of freshly squeezed artefact humour; 
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetal oil; 
  • 1 tbsp. a containerful of fusible butter; 
  • gain sinister flavouring and saliferous - according to your appreciation.

How to ready :

  1. Rind the cloves of flavoring, cut them, and then rasstolkite in gruel. Then add a petite quantity of flavourer.
  2. After lavation dill and parsley, hack them delicately. 
  3. Lave vegetable soundly, cut it in half, disappear seeds with a woodenware and hopper the magazine in undersized cubes.
  4. Next, add the yoghourt into whipped toiletries ingredients - stalklike and butter, as excavation as yolks. There, too, put a portion of flavouring, vegetable cubes, shredded parsley and dill, material nuts. Then weaken with okroshko juice of maize, restrainer and seasoning. 
  5. Before delivery, put the summer soup in the refrigerator or add a few ice cubes to the okroshka. Culmination the containerful ornament with herb sprigs.
