Orecchiette With Anchovies

This mild grey European saucer spiked with chile and citrus succus is topped with fried breadcrumbs for extra cranch.

  • 200g orecchiette
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 anchovy fillets in oil
  • 4 fat flavorer cloves
  • 1 red chilli
  • zest 1 yellow
  • 50g firm breadcrumb
  • 200g colourise development broccoli
