  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to season
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar 
  • 4 pork chops bone in or out
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced


  1. Preheat oven broiler (or grill) on medium-high warmness. Season chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder simply before cooking.
